Sea Gems is available for year-round rental. Sea Gems has a 2-week
minimum rental -- No Exceptions!
2010 Rates:
1/1/10-4/30/10-$3,300 for 2 weeks

5/22/10-8/20/10-$2,700 for 2 weeks
(Sorry, we are completely reserved)
8/21/10-11/19/10-$1,800 for 2 weeks
(Sorry, we are reserved 8/21-8/27,10/8-10/21,10/24-11/20)
11/20/10-12/3/10-$2,000 for 2 weeks
12/4/10-12/17/10-$1,800 for 2 weeks
12/18/10-1/28/11-$2,400 for 2 weeks

1/29/11-4/29/11-$3,300 for 2 weeks
Taxes and fees are in addition to these rates. All rates quoted are
in US Dollars. Discounts apply to stays of 4 weeks or longer. Rates
do not include taxes or fees. Additional fees will be charged to
wire transfer funds or convert currency.

Reservation deposit of $200 is required ($600 for Jan-April) PER 2 WEEK RESERVATION to secure reservation. Cancellation fee of $100 refundable up to 90 days prior to your arrival (120 days for Jan-April) if notified in writing. $125 cleaning fee due with rental payment and rental fees accepted only in the form of Certified Check. Taxes are extra.
Check-in time is 4 p.m. and Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
PLEASE NOTE: There is NO SMOKING allowed in this condo or on the balcony and PETS ARE NEVER PERMITTED. These rules will ensure that all of us will enjoy Sea Gems for many years to come. Guests will be evicted with no refund if found to be in violation of these rules and we appreciate your understanding of these important rules.
